The hotel is located right in the heart of the old town, making it super convenient to explore the area. My room was clean and comfortable, although a bit basic and small. The staff was pleasant, with a shout-out to one receptionist who was extremely helpful during my stay. On the down side, there is no elevator, which can make getting to higher floors a hassle, and the breakfast was just average.

I had a great stay at Ratuszowy, right in the heart of the Old Town. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the town square and surrounded by shops and eateries.
